I went to Matt with some specific goals: to improve my general fitness and also to improve my physique and definition. Whilst I an generally a healthy person doing various sports 4-5 times a week it was unstructured and unfocused. Since meeting Matt he has developed a specific training plan to help me achieve my goals. Working with Matt has kept me focused and motivated. Having the tailored training plan means even when I am training on my own, I know I am focused on the correct exercises for what I am looking to achieve. That coupled with the nutritional advice I am now much healthier, sleep better and am well on the way to achieving my goals. For anybody looking for focus in their training I would highly recommend Matt.



Matthew is exactly what I had hoped for in a PT. He has excellent teaching skills and provides progressive varied and interesting sessions. He offers alternatives whenever I need them so I always feel like I am achieving. He is attentive and provides effective and positive reinforcement and/or correction throughout each and every session – I really feel like I am getting good value for my money. Matthew is professional, considerate and has good humour. I would highly recommend him.
