Group Training

If it's group training you're after we have you covered! Our weekly classes are open to everyone, with a friendly community feel around them we make sure everyone feels welcome. The main aim behind these sessions is to get a little bit of a sweat on, get your heart rate going, but most of all getting a little bit fitter whilst having fun!
