The founder of Performance 18 and your Strength and Conditioning Coach has one goal; To get you results! Living with a heart condition has helped Matty to further understand the importance of health and how essential it is to encourage a holistic approach to training. Promoting not just a well rounded training programme but considering nutritional and lifestyle choices that should be implemented. Matty is naturally motivating and inspiring. He is dedicated to each client receiving a personal and progressive journey that improves knowledge, technique and creates lasting change for a healthier lifestyle. You will benefit from years of face-to-face training that has got results. His passion for continued learning and knowledge of the industry keeps it fun, specific to you and technically advanced.
