Not forgetting our services incorporating golf coaching, strength & conditioning and performance aimed at improving your golfing skills and overall performance including our online portal with videos, workouts and all the information you'll need to succeed.

The Studio

Located by Cuerden Valley just off Wigan Rd, Performance 18 has been fitted with everything you need to allow you to feel comfortable and reach your goals! We are proud to offer a modern open floor environment which will allow you to train in any style you desire weightlifting, functional, intervals whatever your bag we have you covered.

I went to Matt with some specific goals: to improve my general fitness and also to improve my physique and definition. Whilst I an generally a healthy person doing various sports 4-5 times a week it was unstructured and unfocused. Since meeting Matt he has developed a specific training plan to help me achieve my goals. Working with Matt has kept me focused and motivated. Having the tailored training plan means even when I am training on my own, I know I am focused on the correct exercises for what I am looking to achieve. That coupled with the nutritional advice I am now much healthier, sleep better and am well on the way to achieving my goals.
